I stopped in looking for some bowling gear and was happy with what they had. Compared to a few other shops I’ve been to, their selection of balls, bags, and shoes was definitely better and easier to browse. I found what I needed without much hassle. The only thing I would’ve liked is a few more color options in stock, but overall it’s a good shop and I’d come back.

My order from Gebhardts Bowling showed up packed nicely, honestly. The box had a small dent on one corner, but everything inside was safe, wrapped well, and nothing was missing or rattling around. There was maybe a little more tape than needed, but overall, the packaging was solid, and I had no issues.

As someone who bowls regularly, I was happy to find the wrist support and ball cleaner I actually needed. I ended up grabbing a few extra things too. It’s nice walking into a place and seeing bowling accessories in stock instead of having to order everything online.

My first impression wasn’t great. I got the ball back and the drilling just felt off for my hand, like it didn’t match what I was expecting at all. The shop itself was fine and the people were okay, but for custom drilling I really thought the fit would be better.

I went in not really knowing what ball I should get, and I was a little annoyed because the options and info weren’t explained very clearly up front. Luckily, the staff really knew what they were talking about. They broke everything down in a simple way and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions. The site gets the job done if all you need is basic stuff like the hours, location, or general info. I wouldn’t say it was impossible to use or anything, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience either.
Some of the pages feel outdated, and using it on my phone was a little irritating. I kept having to tap around and backtrack just to find simple things, which gets old fast when you’re just trying to get in and out.

It’s not a terrible website, but it really could use some cleanup. A clearer menu, fewer awkward pages, and faster loading would make a big difference because right now it feels more clunky than it needs to.

I placed my order and, i might’ve just expected it to move faster than it usually does, but it did take a little longer to process than I thought. It wasn’t a huge issue though, and I did get updates along the way, so I wasn’t totally in the dark. After a few days it shipped, and everything arrived in good shape. Overall I’m happy with it. I’d probably use them again, just maybe not if I was in a rush or needed something right away...

I was happy with how accurate the sizing was. I was a little unsure ordering from gebhardtsbowling.com since fit can be hit or miss online, but I followed their size chart and measured myself like they suggested, and it ended up being right on.
The only small gripe is that I wish the whole process felt a little less nerve-wracking before ordering, because I was definitely second-guessing myself. But once it arrived, it fit exactly how I wanted, not too tight, not too loose — so overall I’m really pleased and would order from them again
